OUR IDEA OF JAPANESE QUALITY

The restaurant trade in Germany is completely different than in Japan. It’s true, you can get sushi everywhere these days. But only Japanese chefs know what real sushi should taste like. The feeling of omotenashi can come about only if the most high-quality ingredients are used and guests are looked after individually all day every day. Since our foundation, we have been investing in chefs, material and a love of detail – here we give you some insight into how we work.
