Founded in 1688 in the northern Kyushu region, Amabuki has been producing quality sake for over 300 years. Their specialty lies in the use of floral yeasts.
Brewed with the floral yeast of Rhododendron and according to the traditional Kimoto method. Fruity aromas and floral notes are ideally accompanied by mild umami and a creamy texture. The elaborate Kimoto brewing method gives it a fine acid structure.
