In our restaurant sansaro in the Amalienpassage, the service works together with a predominantly Japanese kitchen team. A good atmosphere in the team is just as important to us as a professional work attitude and the willingness to keep learning. Externally, a charming, relaxed approach to our guests, the ability to work under pressure and good humour are important to us. Depending on education and level of experience, we are looking for part-time staff as well as permanent employees. Knowledge of Japanese culture or the Japanese language is an advantage, but by no means a prerequisite: the decisive factor is to enjoy guest contact, to be able to communicate with guests through our restaurant and to work internally with the necessary precision and reliability.
