Muroka-Genshu is made without these two steps.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>During filtration the <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Trubstoff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leaching agent<\/a> removed after the sake is pressed, for which activated carbon and special machines are often used. Some also has a yellowish color.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Freshly brewed sake has a high alcohol content of about 18-20\u00b0C, which is reduced to 15-16\u00b0C by adding water to make it more drinkable.
