This Christmas, we're not sure yet whether we'd rather be at home with the immediate family - or in a restaurant with air filter<\/a> where you can be reasonably safe among people. We have made provisions for both cases this year.<\/p>\n

There is a great Christmas 2021 menu in the restaurant, which you can enjoy together with friends, a good wine or Sake<\/a> can enjoy.<\/p>\n

And there is a Christmas bent\u014dbox 2021, which you can order home and enjoy together with the family - or if necessary all alone \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

But attention: the quantities are limited! Please reserve or order early and specifically for our Christmas menus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

During the holidays, people in our latitudes usually treat themselves to hearty, heavy dishes with lots of butter and cream.<\/p>

But there is something to be said for enjoying delicate Japanese cuisine that focuses on the character of the ingredients.The Christmas menu at Sansaro is all about carefully prepared dishes with quality ingredients like lobster and tuna.<\/span><\/p>

Our chefs have composed the following courses for you:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Boiled lobster marinated with salt plums and tuna tataki with soft boiled egg and arugula sesame sauce<\/li>
  2. pink roasted lamb shank with taro karaage and bean pods and balsamic soy sauce<\/li>
  3. Sushi: Inari pocket with udon noodles and mushroom sauce,
    Unagi Ajikurabe: Shirayaki Dashi Cha-zuke, Unagi Gunkan with Quail Egg, Chumaki of Shirayaki Tempura and Myoga in Sweet Vinegar and Yukari.<\/li>
  4. Tarte Tatin of organic apples with crumble of almond powder and sansho pepper<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    In the restaurant you can enjoy our Christmas menu 2021 already from 17 December 2021, again of course only while stocks last, so\u00a0contact us<\/a>\u00a0best in advance if you want to reserve a menu!<\/p>

    For December 24\/25\/26 you can get an extended version of the Christmas menu order home<\/strong>: the delivery version includes everything described above plus a small shake Harasu Katsu (cutlet of salmon belly) with Japanese potato salad.\u00a0<\/p>
