Japanese are filled with an inner feeling of spring just hearing the name.<\/p><p>Sakuradai tastes good boiled, grilled or as sashimi. This time, we topped the fish with Kinome miso and baked it in the oven, making it crispy on the surface and fluffy on the inside. It is made by mixing dashi soup broth made from dried bonito flakes and seaweed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/washoku\/chomiryo\/shoyu-japanische-sojasauce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shoyu<\/a> and mirin are made. The slight bitterness of the bamboo shoots, crunchy and pleasantly chewy, also reminds Japanese of spring.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-823e87f title-h3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"823e87f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sanshoku dango (\u4e09\u8272, tri-color dango) made from glutinous flour, turnip and carrot cut into fine strips sweet and sour marinated, sweet and sour pickled myogrape.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c59319f text-edit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c59319f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tri-color dango dumplings with a hint of sweetness depicting cherry buds, blooming flowers and green leaves. The broth with the added flavor of buri is slowly absorbed into the daikon.<\/p><p>In Japan, the yellowtail changes names several times as it grows (Tsubasu &gt; Hamachi &gt; Mejiro &gt; Buri). It is therefore said to be a fish that climbs the ladder of success.\u00a0<\/p><p>Buri has the peak of its season in February, which is the so-called \"Nagori\" (\u540d\u6b8b) season. But in spring, when the old year ends in Japan at the end of March and in many ways a new beginning is made afterwards, the \"success fish\" is a dish that brings good luck.<\/p><p>By the way, the literal translation of the word \"Nagori\" is \"a name\" (\u540d) \"that remains\" (\u6b8b).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It means that the influence of things, even if they have passed, remains or that one is sorry to say goodbye.
