If so, then you are wrong.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>There is nothing better than drinking a glass of cool sake on a warm day!<\/p><p>In fact, a premium sake like Ginj\u014d, Daiginj\u014d, Junmai Ginj\u014d or Junmai Daiginj\u014d, tastes best chilled! The Japanese even have their own, almost lyrical, names for the various <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-trinken\/trinktemperatur\/\">Temperature ranges recommended for sake<\/a>.<\/p><p>On the terrace of sansaro, surrounded by beautiful green maple trees, you will feel like in Japan on an atmospheric summer day. Sake can not be missing there.\u00a0<\/p><p>For the Sake Flight starting in June, we have selected three sake varieties that are perfect for this season.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ca3162 title-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ca3162\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Akitabare Daiginj\u014d \"Suirakuten\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c89045f text-edit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c89045f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We start with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-kategorien\/daiginjo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daiginj\u014d<\/a>, \"Suirakuten\" from the Akita Brewery.<\/p><p>This sake is a true masterpiece!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Carefully - drop by drop - the mash is left to settle after a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-herstellung\/einzelne-schritte-sake-herstellung\/#maische-pressen-filtern\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">traditional method called \"Fukuro-shibori\" pressed<\/a> and after brewing, the sake matures in the bottle for another two years.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>It has a lively nose full of berries, mangoes, white grapes and floral elements, but its taste is incredibly nuanced - unassuming but complex. This sake is also called \"Heaven of Tipsy Delight\" in English, in reference to its Japanese name, because you feel like you're in heaven when you drink it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0e3e75 title-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f0e3e75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Koshi no Kanbai Junmai Ginj\u014d \"Sai\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0284eea text-edit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0284eea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The second sake is \"Sai\" from the legendary Koshi no Kanbai brand, which represents the light, dry sake style of the famous Niigata sake region.<\/p><p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-kategorien\/junmai-ginjo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Junmai Ginj\u014d<\/a> is not a super fruity sake, but rather clear and refined, with a mineral note reminiscent of sea salt.<\/p><p>Remarkable in this sake is the perfect balance between umami, that is, a full-bodied taste on the one hand and an elegant finesse on the other.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d655c8 title-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3d655c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">H\u014dy\u014d Junmai \"Summer Breeze\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a8ab97 text-edit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a8ab97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Last but not least we have a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-kategorien\/junmai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Junmai-shu<\/a> with the name \"Summer Breeze\". With its fresh aroma with a hint of lime and a juicy taste, this sake should please many people.\u00a0<\/p><p>A very drinkable sake that can be served with both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/kaiseki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaiseki<\/a>-specialties as well as with simpler dishes.<\/p><p>What do you think?
