But the new selection again offers a unique opportunity to taste top products from some of Japan's most popular sake breweries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ca3162 title-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ca3162\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Kuheiji Junmai Daiginj\u014d \"Betsuatsurae\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c89045f text-edit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c89045f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The highlight of this flight is Kuheiji Betsuatsurae of Banj\u014d Brewery.<\/p><p>Betsuatsurae \u5225\u8a82 means \"specially made\" and is the name for products that are at the top of each brewery.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>This brewery is also famous for the fact that its products were the first to be used in a Michelin restaurant in Paris, and is characterized by its complex flavor that can be harmonized with Western cuisine. This sake of the class <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-kategorien\/junmai-daiginjo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Junmai Daiginj\u014d<\/a> was brewed from Yamada Nishiki, the finest sake rice. Its polish level of 35% already indicates experienced craftsmanship and fine flavors. It begins with a delicate aroma reminiscent of lychee, and after a minerally refreshing first impression, it transitions to a palate of concentrated sweetness and full-bodied umami.<\/p><p>Enjoy the changing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-trinken\/trinktemperatur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taste at different temperatures<\/a>, from the fresh taste when well chilled to the fuller taste near room temperature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0e3e75 title-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f0e3e75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Suigei Junmai Ginj\u014d \"Ginrei\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0284eea text-edit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0284eea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The second sake is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sake\/sake-kategorien\/junmai-ginjo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Junmai Ginj\u014d<\/a>\u00a0named Ginrei of the Suigei Brewery.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>K\u014dchi Prefecture, where the brewery is located, is a treasure chest of culinary diversity surrounded by beautiful sea and mountains.<\/p><p>The local people have a culture of hosting guests with delicious food and sake.<\/p><p>Especially popular there is the sake that complements the food. Ginrei is really a sake that has been loved by the Japanese in this region for many years. Its subtle aroma, rich umami and clean aftertaste make the sake a perfect companion for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/sushi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sushi<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushiya.de\/en\/washoku\/sashimi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sashimi<\/a>.<\/p><p>He is also the favorite sake of our (former) cook Satomi, who has unfortunately moved on in the meantime and is again devoting herself to new challenges somewhere in the world.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d655c8 title-h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3d655c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Imayo Tsukasa Junmai \"Black\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a8ab97 text-edit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a8ab97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Finally, we present an extremely dry sake.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Its name is \"Black\" from the brewery Imayo Tsukasa.
