At the request of a special Japanese guest, our Chef Riichiro Matsui has designed a small, special omakase menu of four courses for Friday, August 18, 2023.<\/p>

If you are quick, you will have the opportunity to try this menu as well - we have prepared another limited edition.<\/p>

Omakase \"Yosuzumi<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\"Yosuzumi\" means cooling down at night in summer to avoid the heat.\u00a0On summer nights, people in Japan often go out of their houses to cool off at night.<\/span><\/p>

In haiku, it's a seasonal word (kigo: \u5b63\u8a9e) for summer. Japanese love puns and wordplay - and culinary-savvy Japanese immediately recognize that our Chef Matsui has given himself special menu to create a small but delicious menu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
