Sushi seems to be on every corner these days. Authentic Japanese quality, however, is rare to find anywhere in the world. You will encounter a classic Japanese sushi style with us since 2007, where the product and processing quality is in the foreground.
On October 11 & 12, 2023, we will once again host one of our coveted Kaiseki events -. Kaiseki is the absolute high of Japanese cuisine, book now:
The summer is coming to an end - our large terrace is only sometimes open with radiant heaters. On the small terrace directly in front of the house we are open when needed and have a mushroom heater active. Reserve in time, because we have only a limited number of seats inside.
The most important basis of good sushi is the mildly leavened rice. Whether maki (rolls), classic Japanese nigiri or gunkan: we use particularly high-quality Japanese rice for sushi, which our chefs prepare with a lot of experience and care. The daily available quantity of rice is therefore limited. However, you can also enjoy lovingly prepared sashimi and fine Japanese cuisine with us.
Like our food, the restaurant is an authentic interpretation of Japanese architecture: a simple space with clean lines, warm wood tones, no frills. At a long table, larger groups can dine or you can get into conversation with other guests - in the spirit of the name "sansaro" (three-way intersection), people should be able to come together here. On tatami places you can sit on rice straw mats without shoes like in Japan. In summer on our terraces you can between japanese fan maples without car noise in the middle of the Amalienpassage sit.
Japanese cuisine is much more than sushi. But for it to taste Japanese, the basics have to be right. The basis for this is usually the Japanese soup fund dashi. We make our own dashi, so you can find the Japanese taste of umami, the special fullness, in the miso soup and other dishes. And our starters and main courses or seasonal daily recommendations get the same attention to detail, as our Sushi & Sashimi. For this you can immerse yourself in the world of aromatic Japanese sake or outstanding Japanese whisky enjoy
