Sake - the Japanese wine - Sake Tasting in May 2017

Sake is the Japanese equivalent of Western wine made from grapes: a fine, aromatic drink brewed from rice. But while wine has about 200 to 300 aromas, a good sake beguiles the senses with up to 800. Experienced sake sommelier Jörg Müller introduces you to the world of premium rice wine, explains the historical background, the traditional production processes and tastes with you 5-6 of the best Japanese sakes.

For tasting we serve special coordinated specialties of our kitchen team.

The event lasts approx. 2 hours, lecture, tasting & food pairing 59€ p.p. Due to limited space, we ask for early, binding registration.
