We had great fun with the course, similar to the already Trial coursewhich we had held a few weeks earlier with some of our newsletter readers.
We hope that all participants enjoyed it! It is always amazing how much work lies in rolling and making sushi - even without the preparation of the fish, vegetables, etc., which our chefs in the sushi restaurant sansaro have to do day in, day out, the preparation of good sushi is an exceedingly busy process. Since no master has fallen from the sky, only helps: practice, practice, practice 😉
You will get the right instruction in our sushi course, where three chefs will take care of a maximum of 13 participants and, of course, will be happy to answer your questions, as far as it is possible within the framework of the course.
