Our Valentine's menus have been legendary for many years - and this year, too, we have prepared something special.

So that everyone can enjoy this special menu, you can taste it at our restaurant from February 13 to February 15.

On February 14 itself, there will only be the menu, no à la carte and no vegetarian options in the restaurant, but this year you can order sushi during the day for pick-up or delivery. The possible places for Valentine's Day are naturally limited.

This year, you can also pre-order sushi à la carte for pick-up or delivery on February 14. The possible quantities that we can produce are limited. Delivery and collection time between 15h and 17h.

We have put together a few small specials in limited numbers for you, but you can order everything in the store.

Valentine's Day 2026 Menu

On Valentine's Day 2025, as always on February 14, there will be no à la carte dishes in our restaurant - in the evening we will concentrate on the special menu in the restaurant.

Including, of course, sushi, sashimi, a small fillet of Japanese wagyū, The price for 7 courses this time is 150 euros. We highly recommend the drinks accompaniment, where we present some very interesting sakes from our new drinks menu.

NINKI Lemon Sparkling Sake
Refreshing, fine sparkling sake with lemon notes as an elegant prelude - not normally available in Germany.

Hassun - Valentine's record 八寸(はっすん)

A seasonal tasting platter as a common prelude, symbolizing the harmony of land and sea.

  • Amaebi no Tosazu-yose
    Sweet shrimp in tosazu jelly with yuzu, cucumber, wakame and a touch of sesame oil

  • Kamo no Kuro-mame Ae
    Gently seared duck breast with savory black soybeans and citrus zest

  • Hotate Tataki, Saikyō-fū
    Lightly seared scallop, glazed with miso butter (Saikyō style), finished with ikura

  • Hōrensō Ohitashi
    Seasonal spinach in light dashi

  • Ichigo no Saikyō Shira-ae
    Strawberry in fine saikyō miso cream (shira-ae style)

Dewazakura Ginjō
Fruity and elegant with a fine aroma - harmoniously combines the variety of starters.

Mukōzuke - Sashimi 向付(むこうづけ)

Toro sashimi Kaku-Zukuri with Nikiri soy sauce

Suzuki sashimi usu-zukuri with ponzu soy sauce and momiji oroshi

Hotate Slightly Aburi with wasabi gel and salt

Restrained aroma, fine umami structure and a clear, dry finish - ideal with raw fish and fine textures.

Wanmono - Clear soup 椀物(わんもの)

Hamaguri no Osuimono
A delicate, clear soup that expresses the purity of the dashi and the natural sweetness of the mussels.

Hamaguri scallops in clear dashi, delicately perfumed with mitsuba and yuzu peel

Nimono - Braised dish 煮物(にもの)

Kinmedai no Nitsuke
Gently braised golden eye snapper that absorbs a light, aromatic soy-dashi broth.

Matsunotsukasa Kimoto Junmai
Deep, calm umami structure with fine acidity - perfect for the sweet and spicy sauce of the stew.

Shiizakana - Main course 強肴(しいざかな)

The signature dish of the evening - depth, richness and refined umami flavor.

Butter matured Wagyu fillet
Butter-aged wagyu, salt-cured egg yolk espuma, red wine-soy jus and miso-glazed kabu (turnip)

Matured in wooden barrels - powerful, complex and perfectly balanced with wagyu, smoke and umami.

A fine selection of sushi, prepared and presented by sushi master Kurihara.

Clear, cool and precise - emphasizes fish and rice without disturbing the balance.

Mizumono - Dessert 水物(みずもの)

Ichigo no Shōtokēki

Tart base, matchabisquit, strawberries, crème pâtissière, cream mascarpone, strawberry tuille, strawberry sauce, pickled yuzu zest

Riesling Spätlese
Fine residual sweetness and lively acidity - an elegant finale to Valentine's Day.

Reserve for Valentine's Day

Please make your reservation online with a credit card so that we can secure the space for you. 

We initially offer three reservation times: 17:30h, 19:00h, 20.30h and a few tables a little later. Attention, we close at 23:30h at the latest on this evening

Cancellation free of charge until Wednesday 11.2.26 at 12h, thereafter only if another guest occupies the table in the event of cancellation. If you only want to reserve for one person, please contact us in advance.

If you can't find a table, Please feel free to register via the Contact form with details such as desired and possible time: this way we can always make some guests happy at short notice.

Depending on the size of the group, the table is then reserved for you for approx. 3 hours. Please pay close attention to whether you want to sit at a „standard table“ or on Japanese tatami, the rice straw mats when you take off your shoes. If you make a reservation in an English OpenTable interface, this is sometimes not clearly visible.

Please note that this time we are unable to offer vegetarian options or cater to specific allergies. A Gluten-free menu options, for example, are very difficult to find in Japanese cuisine.. However, upon request, we can replace the meat course with a meatless alternative of the kitchen's choice.
