Oster Bentō 2026 | SUSHIYA sansaro

Oster Bentō 2026

Table of contents

Finally another Bentō from the restaurant sansaro: For Easter Sunday and Easter Monday 2026, we are preparing an exclusive, seasonally inspired Bentō for lunch, which will be available as always in a beautiful Oribe disposable box or in the Shokado box with the typical Makounuchi insert. The Bentō is offered as a set menu, with soup and dessert, for delivery or pick-up.

Important: the photos do not show all the contents before the bento is sold - the production is very complex and here you can see a pre-production model where parts of the equipment are still missing. As always with us, it will be good 😉

For those who don't know our Bento, take a look around our homepage for Bento, then you know what to expect. Above all, a well-made Japanese bento offers a variety of different flavors.

Easter Bento 2026 for collection or deliveryo

PLEASE ORDER IN ADVANCE! No spontaneous orders possible on the day of delivery. Delivery or collection on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday at noon. If you have any problems ordering or with the time, please contact us via Contact form.

The Bentō will cost 75 euros including soup and dessert - we will add more information in the next few days. The picture above is not yet complete, we will provide a detailed description of the contents in the next few days.

Anyone who knows what we deliver orders blindly anyway 😉

You have the choice of ordering the Bentō in the typical Japanese reusable box with a deposit or without a deposit in Japanese disposable packaging.

A bento menu with soup and dessert is intended for one person, with all the little things to discover individually. But of course two people can also share a bento and eat something else with it or order soup and dessert separately.

If you have any further questions or requests, please contact us via the Contact form. Attention, of course no sushi, sashimi etc. available at lunchtime!

🌸 Spring trip - An Easter bento between Japan and Germany

When winter fades quietly and the first cherry blossoms appear,
the time of new beginnings begins in Japan.
At the same time, Easter is celebrated in Germany - a festival of rebirth, color and life.
This bento tells the story of a spring in which two cultures meet - like a garden in which cherry blossoms and Easter colors bloom side by side.

🌸 Bara-Chirashi - blossom field of spring
A colorful arrangement of salmon, tuna, hamachi and ikura,
reminiscent of a blossoming spring field.
Tender kinshi tamago and green sugar snap peas reflect the sun and young shoots, while a hint of wasabi brings the freshness of the spring wind.

🐣Tri-colored quail eggs - symbol of life
Colored in red, yellow and green, these eggs stand for new beginnings and hope.
Shiso, curry and matcha each lend them their own delicate note - a harmonious combination of tradition and creativity.

🐑 Lamb in yuzu kosho dashi
A classic element of Easter, reinterpreted:
Tender braised lamb, refined with the fresh spiciness of yuzu kosho and the deep umami note of kombu dashi.
Accompanied by vegetables that reflect the abundance of spring.

🌱Tempura of eggplant and white asparagus (with matcha salt)
The German spring classic - white asparagus - is combined with the Japanese art of tempura.
Light, crispy and served with a subtle bitter note of matcha salt.

🦐 Shrimp tsumiage
Fluffy and juicy, with the subtle sweetness of the prawns - a comforting, familiar pleasure.

🌿Braised bamboo shoot
A symbol of Japanese spring - delicate, aromatic and full of gentle depth.

🌾 Small companions - harmony of flavors
* Kinpira made from lotus root with sesame seeds - nutty and slightly sweet * Koya tofu in dashi - quiet and deep in flavor
* Sweet potato with lemon - fruity and soft
These dishes have the calm, earthy side of spring in them.

🌊 Delicacies from the sea
* Shiny braised prawns - festive and elegant
* Saikyo grilled sea bream - mild, sweet and balanced * Broccoli in dashi - fresh and soft
They bring the lightness and clarity of the sea to the bento.

🍃Fresh accents
Pickled vegetables made from cucumber, myoga and eggplant provide an invigorating, aromatic contrast.

🌸Dessert - blossom choux
A delicate cream puff decorated with edible flowers, like a last greeting from spring.

🍶Dewazakura „Ouka“
A sake with a fine cherry blossom aroma,
that gently combines all tastes.

✨History of the bento
This bento is a walk through a spring garden,
where Japanese Hanami tradition and German Easter meet.
Flowers, colors, life and pleasure - united in a single, harmonious composition.
