The preparations are almost complete - on Sunday we start the trial run for our sushi course! For years we have been asked about it, for months we have planned and prepared.
Now the time has finally come: we have invited some regular customers from the newsletter to be part of the trial run for our sushi course with Chef Saito. If all goes well, you will then be able to take part in sushi courses with us from autumn at the latest. We are curious to see how much interest there is in this topic... 🙂
