Long overdue that we show you a photo of Hiyashi Chuka - a typical Japanese summer dish, really refreshing noodles with garnishes and some kind of vinegar-sesame dressing and garnish.

Hiyashi Chuka is a special dish of chilled fresh ramen noodles topped with different toppings, or garnishes, depending on the region in Japan. In Kansai Prefecture, the dish is also called "rime", while in Hokkaido it is also called "Hiyashi Ramen".
