As part of our kitchen team at sansaro, you'll not only keep learning about authentic Japanese cuisine, but you'll also take your sushi skills to the next level! Our chefs get the best material and bring a lot of experience in how the fish is prepared for Sushi & especially Sashimi is perfectly prepared.
But your culinary expertise is also indispensable to us, because we are creative, open to new influences - and always committed to striving for the highest possible quality with the best possible material.
Everyone in the team should be able to learn from each other, but the focus is always on Japanese cuisine and culture as our inspiration, which we want to interpret authentically and not just use as a figurehead.
