Following the great success of our menu spring awakening It's now time for summer and a summer-inspired menu.
Summer Dew Summer Splash Summer refreshment
The hot summer sun meets refreshing sea spray; bamboo rustles,
Lotus blooms – that is 「夏のしぶき – Natsu no Shibuki」, this menu interprets the Summer in Japan with special ingredients in Munich.
Most courses can also be ordered individually on request; individual prices are listed on the menu in the restaurant.
Ryōmi no Sakizuke Cool appetizer
・Tomato jelly with yuba and okra, shiso oil, gold leaf
・Unagi Tamago Yaki (seared and glazed with kabayaki sauce, finished with a drop of white truffle oil)
