In ancient Japan, Sake due to its purity as ritual offering and is therefore considered the „drink of the gods.“. Our premium sake are among the top 5% of Japanese sake production and are sourced from select artisan producers.
Such sake is best enjoyed slightly chilled. In reality, good sake has little to do with the "hot rice liquor" that sake used to be known as in Germany. In order to introduce you to the special culture of high-quality Japanese sake, we regularly organize special events, sake tastings.
Explore the world of premium Japanese sake with us. We will explain the How sake is made, will taste various sake with you. Our kitchen provides exquisite food pairings of the highest caliber, individually tailored to the sake we are tasting. This makes each of our sake tastings a truly unique culinary experience.
